Withdrawal

Do you not like your mokeg? That is a pity, and we feel very sorry about this ☹ Nevertheless, you of course do have the right to revoke up to 14 days. 

Here is how:

Right of withdrawal for consumers

The right of revocation (delivery of goods and provision of services) applies exclusively to customers. A customer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either his commercial or his self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without specifying any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you took or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in written form via post (mokeg s.à.r.l., Op der Haart 28, 9999 Wemperhardt, Luxemburg) or via e-mail (cheers@mokeg.com) by the means of the attached sample form or in any other way that clearly states your intention of withdrawal from the contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send this written notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. 

We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. 

You bear the direct costs for returning the products that can be shipped via parcels as well as the direct costs for returning the products that cannot be shipped via parcels.

You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Criteria for exclusion or expiry

The revocation right is not available for contracts

  • for delivery of products, which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacturing an individual selection or stipulation by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer;
  • for delivery of products, which can spoil quickly or whose use-by date would be exceeded quickly;
  • for any goods that were received free of charge or for products for which solely the shipping costs were charged

The revocation right expires prematurely in case of contracts 

  • for delivery of sealed products, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after the delivery;
  • for delivery of products if they have been mixed inseparably with other goods after the delivery, owing to their condition;
