For options 1 & 2 you will receive your order confirmation automatically after payment.
For option 3 (Bank Transfer), we will send you the payment details via email after you confirmed your order. Your order will be processed once the payment was received.
We always give our best to treat your order as fast as possible.
To speed things up and avoiding high shipping costs, we always provide you the possibility to come and pick-up your mokeg products. To do so, simply opt for this option when checking out. Our customer service staff will be in touch with you to arrange the pick-up at your convenience.
What is even more awesome is that when picking-up, you will get a live demonstration by our staff and can at the same time purchase your first beer kegs (to be pre-ordered), beer lines as well as replacing your empty SodaStream™ cylinders.

Please note that due to the size, the weight, the value, and nature of the product, we opt for a professional handling and shipping by a specialized carrier or by our own staff. This explains why our charged delivery fee might be higher than you are used to when buying online.
Once you have selected the freight shipping option, our customer service staff will get in touch with you to keep you informed about the estimated delivery date.
The order readiness date is the date when your order is available for pick-up or shipment. We will communicate this date after payment/confirmation of your order.
When ordering non-customized products, the standard order readiness date is 2-3 workdays after payment.
When ordering customized products (e.g. mokeg YOU), the standard order readiness date is 10 workdays after payment.
The order readiness date might vary exceptionally. If this happens, we will inform you in time.
When opting for pick-up, the order is ready to be picked-up at the indicated location as of the day after the order readiness date. For your convenience, we will ask for your preferred date of pick-up and share the pick-up instructions with you.
When opting for shipment (see delivery option “Freight Shipping”), the delivery period depends on the carrier and is usually around 5-7 workdays after the order readiness date.
